Hollywood is known for its movie business and actors who entertain the audiences worldwide. Some actors are known for their down to earth personality and some for their eccentric lifestyle. Actors like Keanu Reeves, Jennifer Lawrence, Tom Hanks and Emma Stone top the list of most humble actors. However, there are few actors who are rebel, misfit and famous for their “bad boy” image. 10. Russel Crowe – Known for his Oscar wining performance in the film Gladiator, Russel Crowe is still one of Hollywood’s finest actor. At, 61, he comes across as a quite mellow and approachable guy. But in the 90’s and 2000 he often got into fights with paparazzi’s and the hotel staff. His infamous phone throwing incident in New York city, is something that he still regrets.
9. Sean Penn – Another Oscar winner who is famous for his short temper. In 1985, the actor got accused for assaulting two journalists while they tried to photograph him and his then girlfriend Madonna. Then in 1987, in a series of events, he once assaulted an actor on film set, and also got arrested for reckless driving.
8. Mickey Rourke – When it comes to Mickey, one line that comes to my mind is; wasted talent. A fine actor who was big in the 80’s & 90’s but today he is out of limelight. Throughout his career Mickey got himself in trouble easily. Accused for driving under the influence, suspicious spousal abuse, bad behaviors on film sets is the reason for his downfall.
7. Charlie Sheen – Just take a look at Sheen’s early work, Wall Street, Young Guns, Lucas and off course Two and Half Men. I mean he was a promising star in the 90’s but the hardcore partying lifestyle backfired the actor big time.

6. Johnny Depp – The most versatile actor of Hollywood, Depp has also been a favorite with controversies. Following his domestic abuse allegations Disney dropped him from Pirates of the Caribbean franchise. Furthermore, the actor also revealed that he has had alcohol and drug addiction problem since early teens.
5. Tom Hardy – Hardy is one of the finest actor in Hollywood and I think it’s a shame that he hasn’t won an Oscar yet. Many actors like Shia LaBeouf, Charlize Theron and Patrick Stewart have described Hardy; difficult to work with. But he has had positive collaborations with stars like Leonardo Di Caprio, Christian Bale, and Cillian Murphy. I think he is just a misunderstood guy with a rough childhood.
4. Jack Nicholson – Three time Oscar winner, Nicholson is the coolest guy ever known in Hollywood. Drugs, alcohol, women, partying, you name it and he has done everything. Famous for his eccentric behavior and wild lifestyle, Nicholson was the famous “bad boy” of Hollywood in the 70’s.

3. Christian Bale – Known for his no nonsense and serious commitment to roles, he is an actor you don’t wanna mess with. While filming “Terminator Salvation” Bale got angry on a technician and his outburst went viral. Then in 2008, the actor was arrested for allegedly assaulting his family members. At 51, now he is super chill and and a fun guy to be around.
2. Robert Downey Jr. – Since 2008 RDJ has redeemed himself and turned his life completely. Today he is the most beloved actor and kids loves him as Ironman. But back in the 90’s he struggled with alcohol and drug addiction. In fact his addiction was so strong that he not only got arrested buy got fired from a hit show, Ally McBeal! But that’s all in the past, now he is the superhero that we all love.
1. Marlon Brando – Even after decades Brando is still one of the most popular actor in Hollywood. His acting style and his performances are still favorite amongst the audiences worldwide. However, the actor constantly defied Hollywood and its rules. In 1973 he refused to accept the Oscar, started coming late on film sets, and got extremely difficult to work with.
